## Data Transfer Safeguards

For sub-processors located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

- **Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)** with all non-EU sub-processors
- **EU-US Data Privacy Framework** certification where applicable
- **Data Processing Agreements** with all sub-processors

## Changes to Sub-processors

We will notify customers of any intended changes to sub-processors with at least 14 days notice before the change takes effect. Notifications are sent to the email address associated with your account.
